For the trade
We run the destination wedding operation behind other people's brands. Wedding planners, event designers and travel agencies bring us the group, and we handle the resort contract, the room block, the group air and the two hundred guests who all want to change their flights at once.

Three kinds of partner, with a different arrangement for each.
You own the client, the creative and the day. We own the travel: resort sourcing, contract negotiation, the room block, guest bookings, air and on the ground travel logistics.
You have a wedding enquiry and no desire to become a group specialist overnight. We handle the group side, you keep the relationship and a share of the commission.
For partners who take on Indian weddings occasionally and want someone who has done them repeatedly. Outside vendor fees, havan approvals, Jain catering, pandit ji travel, guest visas.
Sourcing, negotiation, attrition and cut off management, comped night ratios, individual guest booking support and final reconciliation with the resort.
Group contracts across multiple departure cities, name changes, deposit schedules and the schedule change management that eats an agency's week.
How pricing, commission and net rate arrangements work depending on which partner model you sit in.
Ownership of the client, who is on the invoice, what happens if the wedding moves, insurance, liability and how we handle guests who book outside the block.
Your client is your client. We do not market to your database, we do not solicit repeat business from a couple you introduced, and where you want us invisible we operate under your brand. Where you would rather we be visible as the travel specialist, we are happy to be introduced as such. That choice is yours and it is written into the partner agreement.
Commercial terms are set per agreement
Partner models, commission splits and net rate access vary by volume, destination and which parts of the programme you want us to run. Nothing on these pages is an offer. We agree terms in writing before any client work begins.
Apply for a partner account and tell us what you do, how many weddings or groups a year you handle, and which parts of the travel side you want to hand over. We will come back with a proposed model and terms.
