For the trade
A destination wedding enquiry lands in your inbox. It is worth real money, your client trusts you, and it will consume forty hours you do not have across the next fourteen months. Refer it to us and keep the client.
A leisure booking is one transaction. A wedding group is a fourteen month operation with two hundred counterparties. The work is not hard so much as relentless: chasing deposits, managing a cut off date, handling the guest who booked outside the block and now wants the group rate, rebooking eleven people when the airline drops a flight, and reconciling the final rooming list against a resort's accounting.
Most advisors take one wedding group, lose money on their own time, and decline the next one. That is a shame, because the client relationship a wedding creates is worth years of leisure bookings.
The client relationship. The introduction and the trust. The honeymoon, the anniversary trips and the family travel that follow. An agreed share of the commission on the group. Visibility of everything we are doing, at whatever level of detail you want.
Resort sourcing and site comparison. Contract negotiation, including outside vendor fees and comped night ratios. The room block and every guest booking in it. Group air across multiple departure cities. Payment schedules, cut offs, attrition and the final reconciliation.

If your enquiry is a fifteen person elopement in Italy, we will tell you honestly that you can run it yourself.
Commission splits depend on how much of the programme you want us to run and on volume. We agree them in writing before we contact your client, and we do not change them mid programme. Nothing on this page is an offer of terms.
